Brad Tubbs

President, Sr. MEP Estimator - 34 Years’ Experience

Brad has been President of WCCI since January 2015 and has acquired Ownership in 2019. He provides overall company leadership with a vision toward the future. In addition, Brad leads our MEP team with a personal strength in conceptual estimating of MEP systems.

Mike Sharpe

Senior Estimator - 34 Years’ Experience

Mike has a comprehensive spectrum of project experience including industrial, sporting and themed entertainment. Mike also specializes in detailed civil and site work estimating.

Trevor Hamilton

Director, Business Development - 11 Years’ Experience

Trevor joined the team in 2015, and serves as our Director of Business Development. Though continuing to expand his portfolio, Trevor specializes in theme park and entertainment facilities.

Tony Salvo

Senior Estimator - 46 Years’ Experience

Tony brings 46 years of diversified experience in the construction industry. Tony’s experience includes estimating a variety of projects throughout the nation in an array of commercial, educational, hospitality and healthcare projects.

Tom Connelly

MEP Expert & Estimator - 34 Years’ Experience

Tom brings 34 years’ of exceptional experience in the electrical, mechanical and plumbing fields. Tom specializes in MEP estimating, site-inspections and project management in an array of project types.

Carmen Salvatore

Estimator & Office Manager - 12 Years’ Experience

Carmen serves as our lead estimator for product liability claims estimating, and supports our senior leadership in estimating. Carmen also serves as Office Manager, responsible for billing and administrative functions.
